The Role: International Business Developer

As an International Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bizon's global expansion strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in high-potential international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Continuously research and identify emerging brands and market trends that align with Bizon's growth objectives. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover lucrative opportunities.
  • Sales & Business Development: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing deals. Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique needs. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and become their trusted advisor.
  • Performance & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international sales performance. Analyze data and market feedback to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in international business development. You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Your passion for e-commerce and understanding of the Amazon marketplace is essential.

  • Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Proven experience in international business development, with a successful history of entering and growing new markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
