Your Role

The Global Functions HR Partner (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global HR Business Partner for Scent & Care in executing the HR strategy for the segment. This position serves as the primary contact for the executive leadership of the designated business functions operating on a global scale. Responsibilities include dedicated support for essential HR processes and strategic business collaboration to enhance the new HR operational model. You will work alongside other HR functions to facilitate the rollout of organizational development initiatives, assist with globally led M&A integrations, and collaborate closely with the Centers of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of global programs and initiatives at both segment and divisional levels.

Strategy & Partnering

  • Collaborate with global leaders of assigned functions to grasp strategic goals and objectives, ensuring uniform HR processes are executed across regions and business units.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a global HR strategy within the assigned Global Functions, closely working with the Global HR Business Partner on key strategic HR topics including workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational design, and M&A activities.
  • Provide guidance and insights on organizational design programs, CAPEX initiatives, and M&A-related activities at a global level.
  • Promote the sharing of best practices and capability building across divisional HR.

Planning & Analytics

  • Lead strategic workforce planning at the global level, adhering to global guidelines to ensure transparency and efficiency in delivering the right talent with the necessary skills.
  • Ensure the accuracy of core HR data and headcount reporting globally in collaboration with the CoE HR Information Systems & Analytics and HR Operations.
  • Develop HR analytics for global functions in partnership with CoE HR Information Systems & Analytics to drive business insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Communicate and ensure the implementation of strategic HR decisions and information across regional levels.

Talent Management

  • Collaborate with CoE Talent Management and the HR Business Partner community to enhance and implement Talent Management practices in areas such as Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.

Talent Acquisition

  • Work with CoE Talent Acquisition on workforce planning to ensure proper resource allocation for recruitment needs.
  • Provide strategic HR input to the Talent Acquisition Partner to inform targeted recruitment strategies and participate in recruitment processes for key positions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Contribute to the total compensation strategy for global functions as determined by the CoE Compensation & Benefits.
  • Support the annual merit process and assist in the calibration of salary adjustments at the segment or divisional level.

About You

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years at the Senior HR Business Partner level in a multinational organization.
  • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in interpreting HR data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Expertise in change management with documented success in implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to thrive in a diverse, multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional company language is advantageous.
