Business Development Director

As a Business Development Director at KCAS Bio, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and supporting our company's brand in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and account growth
- Support the company brand in all interactions, including being a positive brand ambassador
- Collect and communicate customer needs to internal teams for proposal generation
- Report activities and results into our CRM system
Requirements:
- University degree (Master equivalent) in biological science related fields
- Prior sales experience in the biotech industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and French
- The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
