Job Description

The Account Manager is a critical role at Infor Inc., responsible for driving software sales to achieve both company and personal quotas. This position requires a strong understanding of customers' business issues and the ability to design strategies that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and manage assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, Consulting, Customer Support Group, Development, Marketing, and Sales Management to achieve revenue growth.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of selling software products to close new accounts and maintain existing relationships.
  • Manage an accurate forecast and update opportunities in the CRM.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English language.
  • Previous successful experience working on key accounts and closing new accounts.
  • Project Manager and collaborative mindset to work well with the entire Sales team.
