Mission

Nous recherchons un Responsable Réseau pour gérer les ventes et les opérations sur un territoire donné.

Vous serez responsable de :

  • Gérer les ventes et les opérations sur un territoire donné en veillant à la rentabilité globale des sites pour Vivo Energy Réunion.
  • Etre responsable de toutes les négociations et être l'interface des gérants, les opérateurs et les autres parties prenantes externes dans la zone géographique spécifiée.
  • Soutenir également la stratégie et la mettre en œuvre (initiatives marketing, excellence opérationnelle, amélioration du programme de fidélisation, etc.).
Principales responsabilités

Culture HSSEQ (Hygiène Sécurité Safety Environnement Qualité)

Promouvoir le respect des normes HSSEQ sur chaque site.

Développer et maintenir une culture HSSEQ forte, atteindre les objectifs HSSEQ convenus et protéger les intérêts de VER en s'assurant que toutes les normes HSSEQ sont respectées par les détaillants et les parties prenantes.

Optimisation des ventes Vivo Energy Réunion

Gérer la relation entre Vivo Energy Réunion (VER) et le gérant au niveau du site, en veillant à ce que l'engagement VER soit respecté de manière cohérente.

Maximiser le potentiel de développement des ventes tout en protégeant les intérêts de VER, par le biais d'un accompagnement pragmatique des gérants sur place et d'un soutien dans la réalisation des objectifs.

Objectifs ventes & opérations

Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'exploitation pour le territoire donné grâce à des évaluations régulières et à des plans d'action appropriés du Retail Operational Support Manager / du Retail & Commercial Manager.

S'assurer :

  • du service d'excellence opérationnelle dans tous les sites de vente au détail (CO et DO)
  • de l'adhésion totale et promotion du personnel des sites de vente au détail au programme de fidélisation MyENGEN (en augmentant le pourcentage de clients déclarés fidèles)
  • des initiatives de marketing et de réseau
Requirements

Bachelor vente/marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Un Master est un plus.

Compétences avérées en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles

Compétences avérées en matière de négociation

Connaissance du marché et contacts solides sur le territoire

Prêt(e) à effectuer plusieurs déplacements professionnels

Expérience avérée dans un environnement similaire avec un historique de performance

Sens commercial et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes

La maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle
