Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building successful partnerships with key accounts in the French food industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic account plans to deliver profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed financial metrics and drive results-oriented sales growth
- Develop and maintain deep customer relationships at all levels through intensive networking and best-in-class customer service
- Identify and create new business opportunities for IFF and develop strategies to generate new sales
- Build and manage a healthy projects pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth
- Accountable for accurate sales forecasts and project status
- Prepare sales reports and new business activity for IFF Management
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in business-to-business with the food industry
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Management, Sales, or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and ingredients industries, trends, companies, and technology
- Competencies in bakery industry are an advantage

Ideal location: Paris or remote
