Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our international growth and lead our sales team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth across Europe.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the €10M ARR milestone.
  • Drive expansion across multiple countries in Europe and beyond.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and explore new channels to increase market penetration.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and deliver tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Implement efficient sales processes and tools to drive transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Experience in selling complex technology solutions, preferably in the renewable energy or asset management SaaS landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in driving international sales growth, with a focus on European markets.
  • Experience in scaling business from €1M to €10M ARR or higher.
  • Native English speaker preferred, with fluency in another European language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) as a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
