**Job Title:** Technical Sales Representative B2B
**Company Overview:** Talents Commerciaux is a specialized company in the manufacturing and distribution of IT and electronic equipment.
**Location:** Ile de France, with a focus on the 93 region.
**Job Description:**
- **Team Management:** Lead and support a team of independent sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- **Prospecting and Client Acquisition:** Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with agents to develop leads.
- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to drive business growth.
- **Customer Needs Analysis:** Understand and address customer requirements and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
- **Offer Preparation:** Develop and prepare offers, quotes, and responses to bids to meet customer needs.
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
- **Performance Analysis:** Analyze sales results, develop action plans, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnics and/or Commerce.
- **Experience:** 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical equipment distribution or technical industrial sector.
- **Skills:** Strong autonomy, dynamism, and proposal skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- **Language:** Proficiency in professional English is a plus.
