The Role: Account Director

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. You'll act as their primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your role will involve:

Client Relationships
  • Developing a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, brands, target audiences, and market landscape.
  • Leading client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Account Management
  • Developing and executing account plans to drive growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure seamless project execution.
Commercial Leadership
  • Managing client budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to expand our client base.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Project Management
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
  • Ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
