Dataiku is a leading provider of AI solutions, empowering organizations to harness the power of data. We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Field Engineering team.
About the RoleAs a TAM, you'll manage a small portfolio of strategic clients, providing technical guidance and ensuring seamless integration of Dataiku's platform into their operations. You'll work closely with Customer Success teams and clients to identify key priorities and develop engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers to define key priorities and engagement plans.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Centralize technical information about clients and participate in account strategy discussions.
- Contribute to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through knowledge sharing and process optimization.
- Act as primary technical advisor to clients on Dataiku platform architecture, best practices, and technical resources.
- Help clients troubleshoot product implementation within their systems.
- Ensure effective communication of feature requests to product and R&D teams.
- Provide technical guidance to client tech leaders on companion technologies and tech strategies around Dataiku.
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Native French speaker or bilingual.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Linux system administration skills, including networking.
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems for setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
$130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
