About the Role

As a Business Development Assistant at Page Personnel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in creating and classifying client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and setup.
  • Order Management: Monitor and manage client orders, including data entry, shipping, invoicing, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert knowledge on our products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and escalate client complaints to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Liaise with our warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the sales team, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in under-served areas.
  • Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2) in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
