Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Advisor to join our team at Caisse d'Epargne IDF. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated client portfolio and contributing to the commercial results and growth of our agency's net income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated client portfolio on a daily basis, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Conduct sales appointments, whether in person or remotely, to achieve a certain number of sales and contribute to the growth of our agency's net income.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the proper compliance of your files and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively through all available channels and demonstrating unwavering confidentiality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of customer relationship and a taste for commercial challenges. You will also need to have solid foundations in finance, legal, and tax matters related to your activity. Additionally, you will need to be enthusiastic, willing to invest in a collective effort for a common project, and possess strong relationship skills, a love for communication, and active listening.
