Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the success of renewal business and install base ownership
  • Provide assets and entitlements to customers
  • Ensure SFDC forecast hygiene and accuracy
  • Support Regional/Named Account Managers in sales life cycle
  • Manage pricing, packaging configurations, and processes
  • Prospect and build strong qualified pipeline within set of net new accounts
  • Follow up with marketing leads and other requests for both net new and existing accounts
  • Outbound prospecting into net new accounts to generate qualified pipeline
  • Customer success and support management within allocated set of accounts
  • Identify up-sell opportunities through customer success and net new pipeline generation to maximize revenue generation
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Manager, partners, and distributors to qualify submitted deal registrations
  • Create and maintain a territory plan for assigned RAM accounts
  • Business partner for core and outside sales teams by managing day-to-day business
  • Trusted advisor for customers, distributors, and reseller partners
Requirements:
  • 4-year related undergraduate degree or combination of 2-4 years related experience
  • Fluent English and French essential
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under severe time constraints and pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, self-starter, detail-oriented
  • Experience with commercial sales and ideally exposed to Forescout's solutions or equivalent solutions
  • Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and proactive personality
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
