Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Management of Consultants Engineers: Responsible for recruiting and managing consultants engineers, ensuring their growth and success within the company.
  • Business Development: Commercial prospecting, development, and customer loyalty of a client portfolio.
  • Management of a Profit Center: Piloting revenue and margin, rigorous cost management to maintain high profitability.

Requirements

  • Recruitment and Management Skills: You should be able to recruit and manage an effective team of consultants engineers, promoting their growth and success.
  • Commercial Development Aptitude: A strong commercial orientation is essential, with proven ability to develop a client portfolio and conduct successful negotiations.
  • Profit Center Management Experience: You must have demonstrated your ability to pilot a profit center, including revenue and margin management, with a keen business sense.
