We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at SER Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise software market, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to clients.
  • Represent SER Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and approach.

Your Ideal Background:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the enterprise software market.
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and other key decision-makers, developing and executing sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B buying process, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to represent SER Group at industry events.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.
