En tant que Business Development Representative (BDR), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accélération de la croissance de la société. Sous la direction du fondateur, vous serez chargé(e) de générer de nouveaux leads et de contribuer directement à l'expansion d'un portefeuille clients.

Missions principales:

- Constitution et gestion de listes de prospects qualifiés pour maximiser les opportunités de vente et obtenir des rendez-vous avec des TOP décideurs.
- Participation au plan de comptes pour identifier les key players
- Réalisation de cold calling pour initier le premier contact avec les prospects et susciter leur intérêt, il est important de donner une excellente impression durant cette étape.
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec le Co Founder et la direction marketing.
- Suivi régulier des performances pour atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires et ajustement des tactiques de prospection pour optimiser les résultats.
- S'assurer de garder un suivi de qualité avec les différents leads en envoyant des mails personnalisés pour maintenir leur intérêt envers la société.

Profil recherché:

- Véritable chasseur(se) dans l'âme avec une première expérience en prospection, vous êtes dynamique avec une forte capacité à travailler en autonomie.
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une grande école (commerce ou ingénieur)
- Vous êtes curieux avec d'excellentes compétences communicationnelles, à l'aise avec le cold calling et capable de créer rapidement un rapport avec les prospects.
- Vous aimez relever les challenges et vous avez une culture de la performance.
- Vous avez la capacité d' apprendre rapidement et de vous adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
- Vous aimez prendre des initiatives.
- Vous avez déjà une expérience pertinente dans la vente ou des rôles similaires afin de pouvoir évoluer naturellement vers un poste de Sales 360°

Compétences techniques:

- Aisance avec les outils CRM pour la gestion des leads et le suivi des interactions.
- Compréhension des techniques de vente et de négociation.
- Capacité à analyser les retours et à ajuster les approches de prospection en conséquence.

Conditions:

- Type de contrat : CDI
