Team description
Within the Sales team, your main mission will be to help and support potential future customers of Aplo.
You will be the first point of contact for our prospects by proactively generating outbound leads, pre-qualifying them and assessing their relevance, then updating them in the CRM.
You will work closely with Chloé, Account Executive & Valentine, Customer Success Manager as well as François-Xavier, Head of Sales who will be there to share their knowledge of the world of trading and crypto, introduce you to our product and develop your selling skills.
- Proactively contact cold prospects (who probably don't know Aplo yet) and lukewarm prospects (who have already made an information request) (outbound);
- Prepare golive plan and deal sheet for the Sales team to take over once the deal moves forward;
- Ensure that customer and prospect information is updated in the CRM tool;
- Participate in the monthly feedback on the Aplo offer/product.
Desired profile
- Ideally, you are looking for a 6month end of studies internship;
- You have a degree from a business school or equivalent university, ideally with a specialization in sales/ commerce or market finance;
- You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in sales hunting or other activities for prospecting and creating B2B leads;
- You have good interpersonal skills, are a good listener and feel comfortable on the phone;
- You like to find solutions for your clients and you like to convince your audience;
- You are interested in the crypto / digital asset space;
- You are fluent in both French & English.
