About the Role
FAYAT is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Rueil Malmaison. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary commercial contact for clients and prospects, primarily large enterprises, and will be responsible for developing sales of design, build, and run services, as well as NXO offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business with existing public market clients and acquire new clients by promoting NXO offers and adhering to company rules, including reviews and delegations.
- Lead the project team in developing a client offer.
- Meet commercial objectives set by management by proposing action plans and implementing targeted prospecting, presentation, and negotiation of offers.
- Ensure the existence of a perimeter of services offered and sold to clients, allowing for the realization of services and billing in the best conditions.
- Continuously record information related to commercial activity in the company's Customer Relationship Management tools: tasks, meetings, activities, campaigns, opportunities, and account plans.
- Intervene in the resolution of client disputes of commercial origin.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in client management and commerce, ideally in the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and telecom domain.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
