The Enterprise Sales Leader, Insurance is a key team member responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively addressing prospects' challenges through Clearwater's solutions. They bring deep expertise in Clearwater, its products, and the pertinent industry domains. Their responsibilities encompass overseeing the complete sales process, from identifying pain points to presenting solutions during initial calls, demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and in the broader market.

As a seasoned professional, you will adeptly cultivate and sustain relationships with prospects, clients, and influential figures within the industry, providing guidance to prospects on navigating Clearwater's offerings and resolving intricate issues throughout the sales journey. Moreover, you will actively work on cultivating new accounts and expanding existing ones within your designated territory or product line.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet annual quota by winning new business and managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build new pipeline by sourcing into prospect accounts and working closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and marketing teams.
  • Lead complete demos of the Clearwater platform and products.
  • Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to win new business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of the Insurance market in France & Southern Europe.
  • Fluent in French and English languages.
  • Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas of $1 Million+ per annum.
  • Superb interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Finance, Investment, insurance, accounting, or other relevant market expertise.
  • General understanding of investments and/or GAAP and Statutory accounting.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, Prospecting tools, and tech stacks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience meeting or exceeding a sales quota.
  • Experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract).
  • SaaS sales experience.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
