About the Role

CESI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promoting CESI's services and expertise.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with our client services team to ensure seamless delivery of our services and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
