Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team working with clients in Luxury, B2B Services, and Software & IT Services. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining an existing client portfolio and increasing revenue by expanding contacts and conducting upselling and cross-selling operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Retention and Revenue Growth:
    • Advise and retain clients ensuring that their needs are met
    • Grow revenue by engaging new contacts within the client base, proposing new solutions, and securing customer contacts through sales actions
    • Negotiate pricing conditions
    • Support passive clients
    • Conduct business reviews with buyers and users
  • Handling Bids, in collaboration with production teams:
    • Anticipate bids in the sales cycle
    • Consider all elements of the bid
    • Write bid responses in collaboration with the pre-sales team
    • Lead negotiations
  • Quoting and Monitoring:
    • Discuss project specifics with the client, advise on technical and commercial aspects
    • Document project requirements based on the brief
    • Specify pricing and deadlines based on existing contracts and requirements
    • Prepare quotes and follow up with clients until approval
  • Client Satisfaction Monitoring:
    • Ensure quality follow-up and associated action plan
    • Ensure timely payments in coordination with the accounting department
    • Manage any disputes in collaboration with management

Requirements

You have proven sales experience and negotiation skills, comfortable in both French and English. Your passion for challenges, customer satisfaction, and results will enable you to contribute to our ambitious goals and grow professionally with us.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the linguistic services market
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Sales Navigator
