Quelles sont les missions ?

En tant qu'Account Manager, vous serez rattaché au Key Account Manager. Vous aurez les missions suivantes :

* Vous suivez de près les consommations de vos clients et l'évolution de leurs besoins,
* Vous analysez les performances des comptes et proposez des améliorations pour optimiser les services fournis,
* Vous réalisez les objectifs de vente fixés en développant des relations solides et durables avec les décideurs,
* Vous identifiez et prospectez de nouveaux clients,
* Vous préparez et rédigez des propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients,
* Vous collaborez avec les équipes internes pour vous assurer que les propositions répondent aux exigences des clients,
* Vous menez des négociations commerciales pour défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise tout en satisfaisant les attentes des clients,
* Vous concluez des accords contractuels avantageux et durables pour les deux parties,
* Vous gérez les équipes en charge des différentes étapes de la mise en place des contrats : CSM, SAV, etc.
* Vous êtes force de proposition pour des projets visant à améliorer les offres de l'entreprise,
* Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Growth pour identifier et saisir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Vous possédez au moins 2 ans d'expérience à un poste de commercial BtoB. Vous avez une sensibilité pour le secteur de la Food Tech et démontrez une créativité constante pour satisfaire vos clients. Structuré et stratégique, vous excellez en négociation et gestion de comptes. Vous aimez le challenge et prenez plaisir à signer de nouveaux contrats. Autonome et proactif, vous prenez des initiatives et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous êtes prêt à contribuer au développement de solutions innovantes et à établir des relations de confiance avec des clients prestigieux.
