Position: Compensation and Benefits Manager at Crédit Agricole Group

Become a vital member of the HR department at Crédit Agricole Group, collaborating with a dedicated team of Compensation Managers. You will engage in essential operational tasks related to remuneration and human resources analysis across various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance and assistance to HR personnel and leadership on remuneration issues
  • Oversee remuneration initiatives encompassing base salary, individual bonuses, and profit-sharing schemes
  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical studies as requested by internal stakeholders
  • Conduct and present remuneration analyses, reports, and market comparisons
  • Engage in discussions with labor representatives regarding remuneration-related matters
  • Revise job classifications in accordance with organizational adjustments
  • Document remuneration procedures and enhance compensation management tools
