Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

- Oversee and execute comprehensive payroll processes for France, Monaco & Benelux, including payment requests, payroll preparation, post-payroll activities, and termination payments.
- Monitor time management and employee transitions, including sickness, maternity leave, part-time therapy, union activities, and public holidays.
- Administer employee benefits in accordance with local regulations, such as health insurance, meal vouchers, additional paid leave, company vehicles, and other allowances, including the 13th month salary.
- Determine monthly tax obligations and prepare reports on overall payroll activities, including social reports, Zurich reporting, mandatory medical examinations, tax compliance, seniority tracking, overtime calculations, headcount management, and DASDU reporting.
- Master’s degree or certification in payroll management.
- Strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations; familiarity with Benelux laws is advantageous.
- Service-oriented mindset with a structured, meticulous, and accountable approach to work; collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
