Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsable Business Solutions to join our team at SGD Pharma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing business solutions and ensuring the continuity of services to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Business Solutions: Develop and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our users, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Continuity of Services: Supervise and manage the externalized TMA services and the Business Solution team to ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Pilot Projects: Lead and manage projects within the Business Solutions domain, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee and manage the budgets related to the Business Solutions domain, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage Teams: Supervise and manage the Business Solution team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Expertise: Provide expertise in functional and technical areas, including SAP modules and business processes, to support the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business solutions and project management.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality services.
