Fyte, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, recherche pour son client, un Expert en Rémunération & Avantages / Compensation & Benefits Manager F/H pour la zone géographique du Maghreb.

Rattaché à la Direction Compensation & Benefits, vous accompagnez la stratégie de votre direction dans la mise en place du C&B en Algérie, Tunisie et Maroc.
Pour cette création de poste, vos principales missions seront :
  • Apporter une méthodologie globale et écrire une stratégie en s'appuyant sur les principes de la politique de rémunération existante,
  • Contribuer à la réflexion et à la mise en œuvre de la politique de rémunération en vous appuyant sur les différentes analyses du marché et la marque employeur du Groupe,
  • Piloter le campagne annuelle de révisions salariales en lien avec les HRBP en local,
  • Mettre en place des outils en s'adaptant aux différences culturelles et aux contextes économiques de chaque pays,
  • Apporter de la veille et être force de proposition sur les sujets innovants pour engager les collaborateurs,
  • Préparer les communications pour les collaborateurs,
  • Réaliser les supports de synthèse et d'aide à la décision pour le management,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe SIRH sur les évolutions à apporter,
  • Accompagner la transformation et décliner les supports nécessaires.


De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en Compensation & Benefits au cours desquels vous avez su vous faire reconnaitre par votre approche opérationnelle, analytique et impliquée. Parallèlement, vous savez prendre de la hauteur et apporter une vision globale à vos managers.
Vous appréciez vous investir sur des projets multi-acteurs et en environnement très dynamique, très orienté vers l'humain.
Vous maitrisez Excel et Powerpoint.
Quelques déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir.
